SigaTek microwave introduces a new family of octave and special band I Q modulators, demodulators and Image Reject Mixers. These devices feature excellent loss, amplitude balance, phase balance and image rejection. Octave bands and special bands covering the frequency range of 10 MHz to 16 GHz. SigaTek offers a big selection of microwave devices covering the frequencies DC - 80 GHz: Power dividers, directional couplers, 90 and 180 degree hybrids, microwave mixers, frequency doublers, bias tees, I Q modulators, demodulators, image reject mixers, analog phase shifters, coaxial load terminations, connectors and adapters.  Model QM54A10 is an octave band I Q single sideband modulator that covers the frequency range of 200-400 Mhz. Is housed in a small housing using SMA female connectors. It features excellent loss of 9.0 dB, carrier and sideband rejection is 22 dBc. Isolation is greater than 40 dB, amplitude balance is less than 0.6 db and phase balance ±6 degree when is used as a demodulator. Model QR32A11 is an Image Reject Mixer covering the frequency range of 14-16 GHz.This high frequency design features a carrier rejection of 15 dBc and a side band rejection of 20 dBc. Low loss of 11 dB and IF input frequency can be octave or special band.
