High Performance Filters Ideal for Wireless Infrastructure, Repeaters and Other General Purpose Wireless ApplicationsMarch 22, 2012 – La Fox, Illinois: Richardson RFPD, Inc. today announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for three new RF Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters from TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TriQuint). The high performance filters are ideally-suited for wireless infrastructure applications, including 3G standards, such as Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA); 4G standards, such as Long Term Evolution (LTE); Multistandard platforms, as well as repeaters and other general purpose wireless applications.
 
 
The filters, identified as 856977, 857019 and 856934, offer substantial benefits, including low insertion loss, high attenuation, excellent power handling, drop-in compatibility with competitor parts, and in the case of the 857019 and 856934, no matching is required. All three of the filters are available in 3x3mm hermetic ceramic packages.

TriQuint SAW Filters Electrical Specifications

The three new filters are part of TriQuint's wide portfolio of RF filters in the same 3x3mm hermetic package for base station applications. Several Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) filters are slated to join the family later this year.
