New Product Announcement High Power, High Speed, SPDT Solid-State Switch PMI Model No. P2T-335M535M-30-R-SFF-20W PMI Model P2T-335M535M-30-R-SFF-20W is a Single Pole, Two Throw, Solid-State Switch that operates over the 335 to 535 MHz frequency range. Other designs up to 18 GHz are available. This model provides over 40 dB of isolation and has a ultra low insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum.  This model is capable of handling input power levels up to 20 watts CW while offering typical switching speeds of 100 nsec.  This switch operates from a single positive 5 volt supply and consumes only 31 mA typically.    Click on the following links to view additional information.
