The MAOM-002204 100GbE Modulator Driver is an ultra low power quad-channel driver. This integrated driver includes four 28G EML drivers in one surface-mount package. The portfolio of M/A-COM Tech’s100G Coherent Modulator Drivers have been developed for 100G DP-QPSK applications. The drivers are available as single or dual channel in surface-mount packages, or as a quad-channel in a GPPO package.
