August 1, 2012 – LaFox, Illinois: Richardson RFPD, Inc. today introduces three new low noise amplifiers (LNAs) that are available from stock for prototype or high-volume production from Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Skyworks).

The LNAs offer low noise figure, low current, high linearity, and on-die active bias that ensure consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. These versatile devices are suitable for a range of applications, from ISM to cellular infrastructure.

Additional features include:
  • High linearity: up to 26 dBm OIP3
  • Flexible supply voltage and current: 1.8–5.0 V (5–30 mA)
  • Unconditional stability: μ1 and μ2 >1.0 (-40 °C to +85 °C)
  • Miniature DFN (8-pin, 2 x 2 mm) package (MSL1 @ 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020)
