Skyworks Unveils High-Power, Series PIN Diode for T/R Switch Applications
16, 2011 -- Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is pleased to introduce a high-power, series PIN diode for large signal
transmit and receive switching applications. This high thermal-dissipative diode combines low insertion loss,
very good isolation, fast switching, excellent power handling and low distortion in a very small surface mount
package. This diode is ideal for infrastructure, homeland security, first responder and military markets.
