RF1602 Broadband SPDT Switch
 The
RF1602 is a single-pole dual-throw (SPDT) switch
designed for switching applications requiring
very low insertion loss, high isolation, and
high power handling capability coupled with
minimal DC power consumption. The performance
of RF1602 has been optimized for cellular applications
demanding stringent linearity requirements.
Features
- Low Frequency to 3.5 GHz Operation
- Insertion Loss: 0.3 dB at 1 GHz
- Isolation: 42 dB at 1 GHz
- IIP2: 129 dBm
- Direct Connection to VBATT
- Compatible with Low Voltage Logic (VHIGH
Minimum=1.3 V)

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
