Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant PLL (Phase-Locked Loop) model PCA1550B-LF in L-band. The PCA1550B-LF operates from 1502-1510 MHz. This PLL features a typical phase noise of -101 dBc/Hz @10 KHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc.
PCA1550B-LF packageThe PCA1550B-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 3.3 Vdc supply while drawing 30 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This PLL features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc. It comes in Z-Comm's cPLL standard package measuring only 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The PCA1550B-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
PCA1550B-LF is well suited for satellite communication systems and point-point microwave radio applications that require ultra low phase noise performance. Additional specifications for this product can be found on-line at
