Z-Comm Introduces CR2690A-LF S-Band VCO
VCO: CRO2690A-LF Features Low Phase Noise
Diego, CA, July 16, 2010 --
Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO
(Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model
operates at 2690 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase
noise of -114 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 7 MHz/V.
is designed to deliver a typical output power of 4 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 22 mA
(typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of
-15 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available
in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The
is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
is well suited for satellite communications and test and measurement applications that require
ultra low phase noise performance. Additional specifications for this product can be found on-line at
