Z-Communications' CLV1020A-LF, L-Band VCO Features Low Phase Noise
San Diego, CA, November 3, 2010 --
Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CLV1020A-LF in L-band. The
CLV1020A-LF operates at 960-1080 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase
noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 40 MHz/V.
CLV1020A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 2 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 20 mA (typical)
over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and
comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-14S package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and
reel packaging for production requirements. The CLV1020A-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and
CLV1020A-LF is well suited for satellite communication and fixed wireless applications that require ultra low
phase noise performance. Additional specifications for this product can be found on-line at
