Narda 20-dB Bidirectional Coaxial Attenuator Operates to 4 GHz

Model 766-20HAUPPAUGE, NY – March 10, 2010 - Narda, an L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) company, today introduced the Model 766-20, a 20-dB bidirectional coaxial attenuator that operates from DC to 4 GHz and can handle full RF input power at either connector without damage.

Attenuation deviation of the Model 766-20 is +/-0.25 dB to 3 GHz and +/-0.5 dB to 4 GHz. It handles 20 W average and 1 kW peak input power, and maintains a VSWR of less than 1.15:1. The compact unit is heavily heat-sinked, uses Type-N connectors, measures 3.07 long and x 1.52 in. diameter, and weighs 5.6 oz.
