Parallax Corp. and Linx Technologies Inc. Announces Collaborative Agreement Rocklin,
CA, and Merlin, OR — April 1, 2009 Parallax Corp. and Linx Technologies Inc. today announced their
agreement to a range of business and technical collaborations which will create new opportunities for both
companies and their customers.“We are delighted to formally define a OEM relationship between Linx and Parallax”, states Linx President Paul True. “Our companies have great respect for each other and share “Can Do” atmospheres of innovation and creativity. As a result of this agreement, Parallax customers can expect an expanded range of products featuring Linx components. The companies also plan to jointly sponsor an open processor design contest to challenge and reward customers engineering skill and creativity.
