Z-Comm Introduces the V350ME52-LF Ultra Low Phase Noise UHF VCO San Diego, CA, June 2009 -- Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V350ME52-LF in UHF-band. The V350ME52-LF operates at 350-700 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-10 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -99 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 45 MHz/V.
The V350ME52-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 4 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 13 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-14S package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V350ME52-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
