Z-Comm Introduces the ZRO1751B1LF Features
Ultra Low Phase Noise VCO
SAN DIEGO, December 2, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model ZRO1751B1LF in L- band. The ZRO1751B1LF operates from 1748-1753 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 8 MHz/V.
The ZRO1751B1LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 8 dBm at 8 Vdc supply while drawing 33 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -15º to 65º C. This VCO features excellent typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -30 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s industry standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The ZRO1751B1LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
