Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant Coaxial Resonator
VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CRO3467A-LF
in S-band. The CRO3467A-LF operates from 3460-3475 MHz
with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO
features a typical phase noise of -112 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz
offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 16 MHz/V.
The CRO3467A-LF is designed to deliver a typical
output power of 4.5 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing
20 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to
85º C. This VCO features excellent 2nd harmonic suppression
of -20 dBc (typ) and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard
MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production
requirements. The CRO3467A-LF is also ideal for automated
