My collection of vintage electronics magazines has grown very large. They are where I get the articles that I scan and post here on RF Cafe. It is both interesting and educational to peruse the pages of these old magazines and see what was considered leading edge technology and what was popular in the day. The war years often had some of the best features, but there was always something new and exciting in each issue. Today's magazines are full of glossy, colored photographs and computer-generated illustrations, which is nice, but the vintage magazines show how quality content and often hand-drawn pictures are equally effective in black & white. Some of the cover art is especially impressive. Sure, a lot of the content you can access online, but there's nothing like holding and turning pages while taking in the distinct aroma of aged paper. Please take a look at the issues available for purchase and send me an e-mail if you are interested. Fairly inexpensive Media Mail postage rates apply in the U.S. Include a list of which magazines you want and your zip code, and I can give you an exact total cost. Not only will you be the proud owner of items of history, but you'll be helping support RF Cafe. Issues are priced as marked (firm). PayPal can be used for the purchase. A couple issues have loose covers and minor tears, but generally they are in great condition for 60+ year old magazines. Minimum order will be 6 issues to make the packaging and mailing worth my time. Thank you.
