1-26-2004 Spam Attack - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.  Well, it looks like I'm the victim of another spam attack from idiots that do not run proper antivirus and firewall software on their computers. This one is growing to be about as significant as the one last summer that hit everyone worldwide.

Read about it here:

I run Norton 2004 AntiVirus and Firewall on EVERYTHING coming into and going out of the website, and have automatic updates enabled so the very latest in protection is in place.

Normally, I am a supporter of the death penalty only in the case of a capital crime, but in this case I would support death by public execution for anyone proven guilty of creating and purposefully propogating this type of attack. At the very least, the person's typing fingers should be removed without the benefit of anesthesia!
