Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would
be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate
that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views.
It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if
you would like to post something on RF Cafe's
Facebook page, please do.

Joined: Sun Aug 03, 2003 2:02 pm Posts: 451 Location: Erie, PA | Has anyone else noticed that the September 2003 editions of “RF Design” and “Microwave Journal” present nearly identical articles by Hernandez, Berenguer, Melendez, Rodriguez and Aguilera?
Both the “RF Design” version (page 56) and the “Microwave Journal” version (page 182) addresses a DCS-1800 downconverter, and contain many of the exact same graphics. The article wording varies enough to qualify as unique content, but I have never before seen this happen. It’s a great deal for the authors, but the magazines are probably pretty upset for not having gotten exclusive rights to the article.
