Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would
be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate
that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views.

Recent experience with detailed analog circuit board design and layout for low noise in a mixed signal environment is required. Must be able to specify and design system interconnections including signal integrity and shielding concerns. Previous experience with complex electromechanical systems, and with low noise, high voltage circuits and systems strongly desired. Candidate must be able to work effectively with PCB [printed circuit board] layout and assembly vendors to deliver prototype hardware on expedited schedules. Experience with CPLDs [Complex programmable logic device] or FPGAs [field programmable gate array] using Verilog would be a plus. This position provides great technical challenges, along with the opportunity to work with project teams comprising experts in the variety of technologies inherent in Scanning Electron Microscope instruments. The successful candidate will create specifications and then creatively use new and existing technology to design electronic subsystems to meet those specifications. Use of rigorous design methodology will ensure that designs are thoroughly tested, well-documented and able to meet demanding performance, manufacturability and reliability requirements.
Qualifications/Education Desired BSEE minimum MSEE preferred 10+ years of experience developing commercial electronic products Fluent with standard electronic design and simulation tools (Orcad, PSpice preferred). Excellent lab skills using standard analog instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) and ability to troubleshoot technical problems on complex electromechanical systems are required. Must be able to work with minimal direction in a fast paced environment
