What should a BSEE grad without experience/Master degree do? - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Hi EE folks, students and engineers! What should a BSEE graduate without and good solid experience and Master degree do in the world of job search nowadays? I found out after my grad that it is a hell to look for a job with these conditions. Compare to others that have experience and/or master degree, a BSEE only grad really got no where to stand, any advice what should I do? What can I do other than taking the option of taking a Master degree course? Thanks for anyone that reply. God bless me.......
