Senior RF Engineers in the UK?? - RF Cafe Forums

Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

Below are all of the forum threads, including all the responses to the original posts.

Post subject: Senior RF Engineers in the UK?? Posted: Thu Aug 11, 2005 7:55 am
Hi everyone

I am a Recruitment Consultant based in London and I came across this website earlier today.

It looks like it is used predominately by RF engineers based in America. Is that the case?? I ask as I'm looking for EU based RF Engineers...(Sorry)

I am currently working on behalf of a Wireless Semiconductor company here in England who are looking to take on a number of Senior RF Engineers, ideally with a Handset or Basestation background.

Within the RF team they are looking for engineers to be responsible for the detailed specification and design of reference dual mode GSM/WCDMA radio module designs for 3G wireless terminals and the specification of the RF to Baseband and Power management interfaces for their 3G platform. The radios will need to be tested and integrated with their 3G Baseband and Protocol stack to ensure full conformity with 3GPP approvals requirements.

If this is of intersted to anyone who is eligible to work in the UK then please feel free to drop me an email in the first instance to

Many Thanks
