Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would
be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate
that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views.
It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if
you would like to post something on
RF Cafe's
Facebook page, please do.
Below are all of the forum threads, including all
the responses to the original posts.

Hello,
Different companies ask different questions. Some managers are strictly technical; while other hire based on personality. Are you interviewing with say Cingular or Verizon? Or is it another carrier? Do primarily work with GSM or CDMA? Two different networks, two different companies, two totally different interviews.
I can send you thousands of commonly asked interview questions/ techniques, but you won't be able to sift through all of them before your interview. Let me know who you're meeting with and I can help you prepare.
Regards,
Gillisa

It's normally better to know more about fewer things than alittle about alot.....I've seen folks over and over put down "CDMA expertise" after buzzing through 45 typical questions. When they are asked to expand on answers, most go down in flames and really tarnish the view of the interviewer.
I'd pick a couple key books like I listed in an earlier post today and study them cover to cover like you are preparing for a final - pull out the knowledge and develop understanding for the material - don't just memorize.
Just dropping buzzwords has the risk of making you appear to be someone who will take whatever shortcut is necessary to obtain their desired results even if that means avoiding the diligence necessary to truely define the most effective path.
