Good idea - RF Cafe Forums

RF Cafe Forums closed its virtual doors in late 2012 mainly due to other social media platforms dominating public commenting venues. RF Cafe Forums began sometime around August of 2003 and was quite well-attended for many years. By 2012, Facebook and Twitter were overwhelmingly dominating online personal interaction, and RF Cafe Forums activity dropped off precipitously. Regardless, there are still lots of great posts in the archive that ware worth looking at. Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts. Well, the forum has been up for a couple days and except for your post, there hasn't been much activity. Even the viewings are low - probably because it involves signing in. Oh well, if it doesn't get used, I'll just delete it from the list.

Greetings Kirt,

This Forum is valuable for the engineering community, since it allows the managers to recruit potential skilled candidates and avoid the problematic stage of HR, which is usually unneccessary. I hope that with time the rating of this Forum will increase. As everybody already knows, recruiters don't really understand the nature of the people they are recruiting, and only managers that come from the industry can make the right decision whom to hire and whom not!

Maybe there is a way to attract managers to post here job opportunities?
