Good idea - RF Cafe Forums
Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

Below are all of the forum threads, including all the responses to the original posts.

Hey good idea Kirt. Good luck in keeping the recruiter moles out though. How are you going to screen people?

Greetings Ming:

Well, the forum has been up for a couple days and except for your post, there hasn't been much activity. Even the viewings are low - probably because it involves signing in. Oh well, if it doesn't get used, I'll just delete it from the list.

Greetings Kirt,

This Forum is valuable for the engineering community, since it allows the managers to recruit potential skilled candidates and avoid the problematic stage of HR, which is usually unneccessary. I hope that with time the rating of this Forum will increase. As everybody already knows, recruiters don't really understand the nature of the people they are recruiting, and only managers that come from the industry can make the right decision whom to hire and whom not!

Maybe there is a way to attract managers to post here job opportunities?
