Hello

I have to design a digital prescaler at 10 GHz on ADS with a HBT. If some one has the experience in making the prescaler, Please help me. If any body has some material regarding the prescaler design. Send it to me.

Have you done prescalers in HBT technology before - or any?

Good Luck!
