pm Posts: 3 hey i was wondering if someone can recommend
a good book that talks about all the parameters (gm, capacitances, etc)
versus different currents and voltages (Ic/Id, Vds, Vce, Ib, etc.) plus
other important fundamental device knowledge? most books show small
signal models and talk about the the capacitance is calculated and their
formulas based on physical parameters like width, channel length, pn
junctions, side walls, etc. but don't really talk about these small
signal parameters in light of designing a real circuit....any ideas?
thank you kc Top nubbage Post subject:

London UK Hi krc In my experience the best sources for comprehensive
data and explanations would be the manufacturers' Application Notes,
like RCA, Motorola, Philips, NEC etc. Sometimes university libraries
keep these too.
