Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

NOTE: Thank-you to the hundreds who have written to ask for the free version. Since it appears that there are no functional problems, the file is now being offered for sale at a mere $25.

I recently completed porting RF Cascade Workbook 2005 to the OpenOffice.org Calc format. You are welcome to download a copy for free to try it out. Everything seems to be working perfectly, exactly as it does in Excel. One user has reported that in Mac OS 10, the background color shading in the editable cells does not show up, so I changed the font face for those cell to a serif type (Times New Roman). Since those editable cells are not locked, you may change the formatting any way you like. All non-editable cells are locked to prevent accidental deletion or changing of contents.

Please provide feedback regarding any issues you discover. It would be nice when designing a new version to be able to concurrently release both Excel and Calc versions.
