Antenna Bench - RF Cafe Forums
Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

Below are all of the forum threads, including all the responses to the original posts.

Hello,
I'm a student in RF. I have to realize a measurement bench to measure and simulate an antenna comportment, and extern influences so that to be able to predict performances, and i have to create the whole protocole. I'd like to know if some one have some clues about how to begin my investigation, and where to get informations about possibly interferences on performances.

Thank You very much.

Franck

Greetings RF-Ban:

As with for most topics, there is a huge amount of information available on antenna testing and simulation. Here are a few suggestions for finding that data, many of which you may have already tried.

- Google Search (probably how you ended up on RF Cafe)
. http://www.google.com/custom?domains=ww ... sitesearch

- Antenna and test equipment vendor websites
. Antenna Vendor List -
. http://www.rfcafe.com/vendors/components/antennas.htm
. Test Equipment Vendor List -
. http://www.rfcafe.com/vendors/component ... ipment.htm
. Shielded Enclosure Vendors -
. http://www.rfcafe.com/vendors/component ... hields.htm
- Books
. http://www.rfcafe.com/business/bookstore/antennas.htm
- Posting on Forums (as you already have)

Hopefully, others here or on other forums will offer some you some advice. You might want to provide more specific questions rather than ask such a broad question.
