F.C.C. enforcement actions - RF Cafe Forums
Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

The FCC has created a seperate webpage to make public announcements of enforcement actions in the Amateur Radio Service.

While not an amateur service action, you may be interested to know about a $75,000 fine for selling GPS jammers. San Jose Navigation called them "GPS signal re-radiators"

And there is quite a list of morons that have been fined for selling police radar jammers. Rocky Mountain Radar manufactured these intentional radiators and has been given a $25,000 fine. Many distributors and retailers of these intentional harmful interference transmitters are also in deep doodoo.
