Because of the high maintenance needed to monitor and filter spammers from the RF Cafe Forums, I decided that it would be best to just archive the pages to make all the good information posted in the past available for review. It is unfortunate that the scumbags of the world ruin an otherwise useful venue for people wanting to exchanged useful ideas and views. It seems that the more formal social media like Facebook pretty much dominate this kind of venue anymore anyway, so if you would like to post something on RF Cafe's Facebook page, please do.

3.6 MW e.r.p. at frequencies near 7 MHz CW for 2 seconds, then a 3 second listening period.

My participation is documented here http://wb9jtk.com/HAARP/haarpmoonbounce.htm I was able to see the doppler shift from the relative motion between my receiving location and the moon. At times, the reflected signal was as strong as the 'direct' signal, here in Florida.

HAARP shows the calculations for reflected signal at http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/mbcalc.html. The area of the moons surface used for the calculation was 1.4 E12 square meters.
